DISOLVIDASE

DISOLVIDASE® is a hyaluronic acid hydrolyzer, formulated as a white, sterile, freeze-dried meso-lyophilized powder for solution, containing 1,500 international units of the active ingredient hyaluronidase. It is indicated in the removal of the effects of hyaluronic acid fillers when an individual is not happy or satisfied with them. Hyaluronidase is an enzymes that catalyse the degradation of hyaluronic acid (HA). Facilitates the spread of fluids through tissues by lowering the viscosity of HA and that promotes the spread or dispersion of injected fillers. DISOLVIDASE® is only used to decrease overcorrections (bumps) created by dermal filling with hyaluronic acid.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE •Reconstitute the product by adding 10 ml normal saline to a vial of DISOLVIDASE ®. Agitate the vial to ensure the compound is mixed throughout the whole volume of saline. Make sure the powder is fully dissolved. This solution has a concentration of 150 units/ml, and it is ready for use. After cleansing the skin, apply approximately 0.05–0.1 ml reconstituted solution per 0.1 ml of filler to be dissolved in the center of the lumps or swelling. In cases of uncomplicated nodules involving periorbital, perioral, and nasal regions, use 5 to 15 units initially. For delicate areas such as the lower eyelid, apply between 1.5 and 3 units.
